This was for an interactive illustrated thing about vikings. The backgrounds were part of the story part of the experience.
This was a pleasure to illustrate, especially the textury parts, but it was the 3D elements that gave it some focus.
Shout ot to JPiere for his amazing character illustrations and storyboards on this project.. And Takao, for bringing his ui design chops to the table.
A really cool iOS card style game. My roll saw small. Just to make some flexible backgrounds that could pop behind various illustrated characters.
